My favourite will be TryForce Intake kit as it still make use half of the original intake box design and it give more Torque and HP with dyno proven data too.

ReplyDeleteBro wat type of air intake system or makes for my swift 1.5 manual? I wish there is a increase in power n bhp.
ReplyDeletedepends on your budget... some air intake cost hundreds... some cost thousand....

ReplyDeletePersonal opinion only.... for AT try to use replacement filter... or open pod with longer air ramp pipe....

ReplyDeletebro, what type of air intake can i install in my suzuki swift 1.5 auto??
ReplyDeletei will to increase more power for my siwft..
can you give me some advice??
For stock auto... if you still want to maintain low end power... try to use the stock box setup... a drop in filter should be good enough...
ReplyDeleteThe latest TM Square intake box with CAI looks like a very good design for me...
what mods can you suggest for my 1.5L or M15A suzuki swift manual? what intake should i use?
ReplyDeleteIf you wanted more high rpm power; you can choose to use Open pod.... else can try to get a replacement filter and made an cold air intake...
ReplyDeletewhat about if i use simota or hks for my air intake? would that be any help of increasing hp in my m15A?
ReplyDeleteI think it will increase a little bit of hp at high rpm...
ReplyDeleteokay, thanks man... hmmm is it necessary to change the muffler when you changing the air intake? would the muffler help in the performance?
ReplyDeleteThe most basic mod for car performance is intake and exhaust system...
ReplyDeleteYou may consider full exhaust system start from extractor, mid pipe and muffler for the upgrade.

ReplyDeletebro how much is that tryforce carbon intake kit??
ReplyDeleteTryforce Carbon intake cost 68,250Yen

ReplyDeleteTry not to oversize the exhaust too much....
Which type of carbon intake chamber intake you looking at?
I would recommend TM Square intake system... You may get it from TM Square website... but the price is expensive...
Which type of drop in air filter have balance of air flow and filtering ? And do m'sia have those ram box replica ? Don wish to spend much on intake box that cost over 1000USD
ReplyDeleteYou can try replica Bcrew.... some member made it using fiber... and it's not that expensive....
ReplyDeleteBro,I added K&N air intake filter together with the Hotbits red piping. The power was good but my engine light turned on. Any idea why? :(
ReplyDeleteMost likely ECU sense too much of air? or the sensors position wrongly?
ReplyDeleteNot only is the engine light on,the car starts to jerk during stationary. Is this a common prob for Suzuki Swift after adding open pod? I've been trying to Google about this issue but I can't seem to find any answer for it. But one thing for sure, the open pod does make a big difference.
ReplyDeleteHey there dude, i have the simota intake now and i'm thinking on putting the suzuki sport carbon air intake... is this the best choice for gaining the most power an intake can give?
ReplyDeleteit was design by suzuki sport specially for suzuki swift... probably it is one of the best intake system....
ReplyDeleteKoh you just made me take the right decision about what kind of induction kit I wanted to fit on my Sport 1.6 2008 I'll go for the carbon air intake. Thanks mate.
ReplyDeletehie ... i have swift 1.3 MT 2010, which intake wud u suggest that wud giv me max boost ??
ReplyDeleteIf you like high rpm power... go for open pod... else a drop in filter will do...
ReplyDeleteWhich one do u recommend to fix if I were to maintain the warranty?
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of the foglamp air intake thingy.
:D
Monster power filter if you dont want to void the warranty...
ReplyDeleteFor 1.3AT, which one you recommend, Monster, Hurricane or K&N?
ReplyDeleteVilla, i think monster or K&N... not sure about hurricane...
ReplyDeleteWhat about B-crew kit on a SSS?
ReplyDeleteBcrew was good design too...
ReplyDeleteIf I use k&n drop in for my swift 1.5(A). Should I change my spark plugs and use iridium spark plugs?
ReplyDeleteUpgrade spark plug is optional....

ReplyDeletee.g. casing to channel air
Hi Bro Koh,
ReplyDeleteI need to seek your advise. I am driving a Suzuki Swift 1.5A. I am thinking of changing my stock exhaust to HKS HI POWER MUFFLER. I heard from friends that my low end will suffer alot as in no pickup power. Currently i am on stock airbox. How true is it?
Please advise.
Regards,
i think putting a performance muffler into AT car without major mod is a waste... stay in stock...
ReplyDeletehello koh I have a suzuki swift 1.5A what is the most suitable air intake system that you recomended I have an eye for the simota type and I saw it cost about rm500 is it ok??
ReplyDeleteWhich simota type? replacement simota is not a good buy... try K&N
