This afternoon I sent my car to service at new 3S Suzuki Service Center - Nikajaya Auto Sdn. Bhd. at Jln Kampar. It is the second Suzuki SC apart from CST SC at Fairpark Ipoh.
I was amazed on the new SC as it was so clean and neat espcially at the Service area.

The service area was spacious and check out the shining floor which not like other SC
The customer waiting area with comfortable sofa, TV with Astro and drinks too.
You can view your car during service from the customer waiting area too.
Spare parts are store and issued out in a designated area
My car during servive - The mechnic using a torque wrench to remove my sport rims lugs instead of using air guns... they are really take good care on your car... BTW customer car driver seat are wrap and carpet was covered before the service taking place.
Overall Nikaijaya LWS SC is one of the First class SC in Ipoh!!! Would like to recommend all the Suzuki owner in Perak state to send their cars to this first class service center...
