Swift air intake cover
A very special designed air intake cover for swift.
Looks like it is made by carbon fiber and have an air funnel via the front grill too.

Boss目 Air Intake
Recently I got a chance to came across a Taiwan's Swift owner letting go his Boss目 Air Intake system. Without much thought I had purchase the air intake system from the seller.
After it's arrival, I installed the intake system on my car last weekend.
I had tested it for few days and able to feel more punch during low rpm with better pickup too; this is good for daily driving situation.
I also noticed during cruising; I only need to pedal lighter than before to get the car maintain the speed too.
Still not really tested on the performance during higher rpm... definitely will try it out soon...

The intake system consist of few parts actually.
Air funnel aka. black hole
RAM pipe

Air Intake Theory
Found this on another blog and decided to post it for sharing.
I'm no good on Japanese translation; I'm just elebroate base on the diagram only:
Diagram 1: Basicallly it says the curving of the ram pipe should be equal to maximize intake efficiciency.
Diagram 2: The longer the ram pipe the intake efficiency is better on lower rpm.
Diagram 3: Bigger to smaller diameter ram pipe will have wider coverage of intake efficiency.
You guys may try to work out some experiment base on these therory; and share with me the result too...
